Registry layout has changed in Solidworks 2024, but this method still works - it's just the registry locations have changed. The main registry folder is now SolidWorks\AllowList So instead of \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SolidWorks\SOLIDWORKS 2024\Performance\Graphics\Hardware (which doesn't exist) it's all now in the \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SolidWorks\AllowList folder: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SolidWorks\AllowList\Current for the name value of your card, and then HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SolidWorks\AllowList\Gl2Shaders to overwrite the name of one of the cards there - (NV40 for rtx 40 series cards, etc...)

Nice piece of mechanical drawing. I was wondering why you didn't show the bottom of the spring as flat as in the tech drawings. Otherwise nice work. Don't know why you don't have more viewers. People are fickle I guess.

You don't see many people doing top-down drawings within assemblies. I think the reason is it confuses people to where you are drawing parts. I do like your approach and I use it often myself.
